As part of Sainsbury’s expansion plans for their Manchester office, a pressing need emerged to recruit top talent for the Data and Technology division. In response, I created a dynamic and engaging campaign that departed from the existing brand, a strategic shift essential to attracting a fresh audience. Through an interesting array of artwork and media strategies, the campaign achieved resounding success, resulting in the successful hiring of all required roles.
